What services does the Instant Exteriors Estimator work for?
The Instant Exteriors Estimator can be configured for roofing, fencing, decking, turf, exterior cleaning, and lighting. One primary service is included with each subscription, and additional supported service estimators can be added. That makes it useful for single-service contractors as well as exterior companies offering multiple services.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Monthly subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing period. Annual subscriptions are prepaid for 12 months and can be canceled before renewal. That gives you the option to stay month-to-month or choose annual billing without being locked into a separate long-term service contract.
Is pricing per office?
Yes. Each subscription includes one office and one primary service. Additional supported services can be added separately. This keeps the estimator focused on the office and services you actually want to use rather than forcing every location or service into one generic setup.
Can the estimator be embedded on our website?
Yes. The complete estimator can be embedded directly into a website page using an iframe. It can also be used as a branded shareable link, connected to a website button, placed on a dedicated estimate page, or used as the destination for advertising campaigns.
Can our team create estimates manually?
Yes. Your team can create estimates manually for opportunities that do not start on your website, including referrals, phone inquiries, past customers, canvassing leads, neighbors, and event contacts. That allows the same estimating process to support both online leads and opportunities your team generates offline.
Can we use it with our current CRM or switch CRMs later?
Yes. Every account includes a built-in CRM, but you can also connect the estimator to the CRM you already use. If you change systems later, the estimator does not need to be rebuilt. The connection can be updated so new customer and estimate information flows into your new CRM.
Is Zapier included?
No. Your company owns and pays for its Zapier account directly. If you want Roofing REV to handle the connection, we can configure the workflow through the one-time done-for-you integration add-on. That keeps the Zapier account separate from the estimator subscription and under your company’s control.
Can we add more services?
Yes. One primary service is included with your subscription. Additional supported service estimators can be added for $25 per month or $275 per year each. This allows companies offering multiple exterior services to expand the estimator without needing a completely separate estimating platform for every service.
Is this a final quote or a starting budget?
It is a starting project budget, not a final contract price. The estimate is based on the customer’s entries and the pricing you configure. Your company still confirms measurements, site conditions, materials, and final scope before issuing the formal proposal or contract.
What happens before my 30-day trial begins?
Before the 30-day trial begins, we configure the estimator around your services, products, pricing, branding, qualifying questions, and service area. You receive access to a version built around your business rather than an empty account, so the trial reflects how the estimator would actually work for your company.
