Durable Roofing is a fourth-generation roofing company with more than 100 years in business, with the fifth generation already being trained.

From April through July 2026, Roofing REV Marketing worked with Durable Roofing to modernize and consolidate its digital presence while strengthening search visibility, AI visibility, lead response, follow-up, reputation, and reporting.

During those first four months, Durable Roofing generated 82 qualified roofing leads representing $1,766,475 in tracked pipeline value.

The results came while Roofing REV was also rebuilding much of the marketing infrastructure supporting the company’s residential, commercial, and industrial roofing divisions.

The Opportunity

Durable Roofing had established residential and commercial digital properties that needed to be brought together under one strategy.

Roofing REV consolidated the company’s web presence, rebuilt the website, and created a more unified foundation for marketing its residential, commercial, and industrial roofing services.

The goal extended beyond attracting new opportunities. Durable Roofing also needed stronger systems for tracking, responding to, following up with, and measuring those opportunities.

What Roofing REV Implemented

Roofing REV completely rebuilt Durable Roofing’s website and merged its previously separate residential and commercial web properties. The new website launched on June 29, 2026.
The broader project included:
Website design, development, migration, faster hosting, content, analytics, and call tracking
SEO, Google Maps optimization, AI visibility, citations, and Google Local Services Ads
CRM setup and Roofr integration
Automated lead response, missed-call text-back, SMS, email, Voice AI, and database reactivation
Reputation management and automated review requests
Digital account standardization, YouTube setup, Facebook content, and photo enhancement
Competitor, market, target-area, and buyer research
Ongoing reporting and strategy meetings

Durable Roofing also began with limited visibility across AI platforms. Roofing REV worked to improve how the company’s history, services, expertise, locations, and supporting content could be discovered and referenced by ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI-powered search experiences. That work was incorporated into the same content, SEO, reputation, and authority strategy supporting traditional Google search and Maps visibility.

The four-month period generated 82 qualified leads and 86 tracked roofing opportunities, representing more than $1.76 million in pipeline value.

Estimated revenue totaled $415,000 using a 20% close-rate assumption and an average project value intended to account for Durable Roofing’s mix of smaller repairs, residential work, commercial roofing, and higher-value industrial and commercial replacements.

During this period, Roofing REV was helping consolidate Durable Roofing’s sales and marketing activity into a centralized CRM. The roofing team was still managing portions of its sales activity through its previous spreadsheet-based system, which Roofing REV did not have access to. Because complete closed-job revenue data was not yet available for verification, revenue is reported as an estimate rather than actual closed revenue.

Cost per Qualified Lead Improved 55%

Durable Roofing’s cost per qualified lead decreased from $183.54 in April to $82.84 in July, a reduction of approximately 55%.June reached the lowest cost of the measured period at $56.85 per qualified lead, while the four-month average was $95.31.Using the same close-rate assumption applied to estimated revenue, the improvement would also reduce the estimated cost to acquire a customer by approximately 55% from April to July.

Building for the Next Generation

In four months, Durable Roofing generated 82 qualified leads, 86 tracked opportunities, $1,766,475 in pipeline value, and $415,000 in estimated revenue, while its average cost per qualified lead came in at $95.31.

Those results were produced while Roofing REV was simultaneously rebuilding the company’s website, consolidating its digital presence, strengthening Google and AI visibility, and implementing the systems needed to manage new opportunities more effectively.

For a roofing company with more than a century of history, the objective was not to change what made Durable Roofing successful. It was to build the modern marketing infrastructure needed to support its fourth generation today and the fifth generation that follows.
